Raising, Training, and Equipping Bishops for Global Episcopal Leadership

The IPMA Global College of Bishops Academy, also known as The IPMA G-COBA Worldwide, is the official Episcopal Bishopric Orientation, Teaching, and Training Academy of the International Presiding Ministers Alliance (IPMA Inc. Worldwide).

Every genuinely elected bishop, before consecration, enthronement, and full integration into the IPMA Worldwide Bishopric Episcopacy and Ecclesiastacy, must undertake and successfully complete the rigorous academic, spiritual, and ministerial formation program offered at G-COBA.

Our Mandate

The IPMA G-COBA Worldwide exists to ensure that every bishop within the IPMA family is:

  • Doctrinally grounded in the Holy Scriptures.
  • Spiritually prepared for effective global ministry.
  • Trained in ecclesiastical order, protocols, and ethics.
  • Equipped as servant-leaders for impactful governance in the church of God worldwide.

Positioned for global recognition through IPMA’s international accreditation and episcopal consecration structures.
